Who we are
An Indian animation studio where folklore meets cinematic storytelling and desi magic comes to life. Every ordinary moment, every half-forgotten tale, every story that almost didn't make it. That is exactly where we begin.
Our Story
Sanema Dekho was born out of spite. The good kind. Someone once looked at our sketches and said, "You should try animation! But dhyan se, cartoon banana aur dekhna dono alag cheez hai!"

Haan bhai. Pata hai. (Yes, we know!)
We started anyway. Not because we had a five-year plan or a fancy investor deck, but because we were tired of watching India's stories, the chaotic, masaledar, completely-unremarkable-yet-deeply-cinematic ones, go untold. Not because they weren't good enough. But because nobody thought they were worth the trouble.
We do, at our studio!
Sanema Dekho is part film archive, part adda, part that one chachu at every family gathering who insists on telling a story nobody asked for but everyone ends up loving. We make animation that carries the weight of nostalgia without taking itself too seriously, because the best Indian stories never do.
We are a new studio, still figuring it out. One film at a time. One frame at a time.

The people behind Sanema Dekho did not arrive here empty-handed. Before this studio had a name, our team was already deep in the industry, contributing to projects that you may have watched, hummed along to, or grown up with. This is a quiet nod to the work that came before.
